Lou was my salesperson and he was exceptional. He listened and made suggestions. He fought for me to get the vehicle I wanted when we ran into issues. I felt like he cared about my happiness more He listened and made suggestions. He fought for me to get the vehicle I wanted when we ran into issues. I felt like he cared about my happiness more than the sale which made me value working with him even more. I have rarely felt so comfortable with a sales person. As far as I’m concerned if I ever need to buy another car while we live in TN I’m ONLY dealing with Lou. He brings such tremendous value to your organization. I loved the added touch of taking a picture once I completed my paperwork. More

Lou is totally awesome. I couldn't believe how awesome Lou treated me. I dress very poor looking, with messy hair. Pretty smart that Lou knows not to judge a book by its co I couldn't believe how awesome Lou treated me. I dress very poor looking, with messy hair. Many issues including severely damaging the exterior paint on two new vehicles I purchased and stating that is normal, damaging the interior while doing warranty work and not fixing the issues. Lou the salesman will say anything to get a sale including lying about what was discussed and and writing down the out of pocket cost for a vehicle thousands less than what the GM number was. Then Lou had gotten threatening as if he was going to attack me after confronting him on these issues. I will never deal with this underhanded dealership again. Many more issues with them but I will stop here. More

We have taken action against the salesman involved and he will not be in contact with you anymore. We do not accept any form of aggression from our staff or our customers towards our staff and we always strive to meet our customers' needs. We have also fixed the paint issue on your vehicle and made sure it was cleaned, waxed, and buffed before returning it to you in a new condition. We have reviewed the purchase process with you and you have agreed to the numbers and signed a contract to accept the vehicle at those figures. We did not do anything dishonest or unfair and we did everything we could to assist you. We value your business and we want to resolve this matter with you. We are willing to offer a $500 discount on your next purchase or trade-in as a sign of goodwill. We hope that this will help you regain your confidence in us and show you how much we appreciate you as a customer. Thank you again for your feedback and for allowing us to explain our perspective on this experience in hopes that you can understand that we do everything possible to help our customers within reason in their time of need.

My intent to place this review is to reiterate the issues that were known to Mountain View Chevrolet and to hopefully help in the future. Having to buff and fix the damage to the paint on not only one but two vehicles when detailing after purchase shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Due to the many issues and as I had to do in the past, I have had another dealership fix issues found with the 2023 Blazer that were unseen at time of purchase. Specifically, loose body parts. There were missing clips holding the wheel well cover so it was flopping and loose when driving at higher speeds. This should have been seen when inspected before purchase. Although it was a slightly used vehicle, it’s just another instance of the history of issues with the quality of work and attention to detail. I understand that I ended up agreeing to the price but when the salesman gives me a written out of pocket amount of approximately $4,000.00 less I was obviously pleased and thought I had miss understood the original Numbers given. There is definitely an issue with staff communication and again detail. When I pay $900.00 to add Zurich Shield to the exterior finish which they had a half hour to detail and apply the Zurich Shield from when they took the vehicle to when i received it then to see all the scratches they created and the salesman insisted it was normal and the Zurich was applied only to have another staff member tell me it couldn’t have since it takes a couple hours is another huge issue. I want all to realize that these issues ruin the excitement of a customers large purchase and what should be a pleasurable experience.

I had a very good experience with MTN view Chevy, Lou stayed after hours and waited on me to make the deal.I was a little bummed out at what was gave for my trade in I was hoping for a couple thousand mo stayed after hours and waited on me to make the deal.I was a little bummed out at what was gave for my trade in I was hoping for a couple thousand more than they offered but it was late in the day and I was ready to leave so we didn’t bother trying to negotiate.
