We do not accept any form of aggression from our staff or our customers towards our staff and we always strive to meet our customers' needs. We have also fixed the paint issue on your vehicle and made sure it was cleaned, waxed, and buffed before returning it to you in a new condition. We have reviewed the purchase process with you and you have agreed to the numbers and signed a contract to accept the vehicle at those figures. We did not do anything dishonest or unfair and we did everything we could to assist you. We value your business and we want to resolve this matter with you. We are willing to offer a $500 discount on your next purchase or trade-in as a sign of goodwill. We hope that this will help you regain your confidence in us and show you how much we appreciate you as a customer. My intent to place this review is to reiterate the issues that were known to Mountain View Chevrolet and to hopefully help in the future. Having to buff and fix the damage to the paint on not only one but two vehicles when detailing after purchase shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Due to the many issues and as I had to do in the past, I have had another dealership fix issues found with the 2023 Blazer that were unseen at time of purchase. Specifically, loose body parts. There were missing clips holding the wheel well cover so it was flopping and loose when driving at higher speeds. This should have been seen when inspected before purchase. Although it was a slightly used vehicle, it’s just another instance of the history of issues with the quality of work and attention to detail. I understand that I ended up agreeing to the price but when the salesman gives me a written out of pocket amount of approximately $4,000.00 less I was obviously pleased and thought I had miss understood the original Numbers given. There is definitely an issue with staff communication and again detail. When I pay $900.00 to add Zurich Shield to the exterior finish which they had a half hour to detail and apply the Zurich Shield from when they took the vehicle to when i received it then to see all the scratches they created and the salesman insisted it was normal and the Zurich was applied only to have another staff member tell me it couldn’t have since it takes a couple hours is another huge issue. I want all to realize that these issues ruin the excitement of a customers large purchase and what should be a pleasurable experience.
