My name is Eric Flynn but go by Lou. I was born and raised in Marshall, MI on 250 acre farm about 4 miles outside of town, where I learned the value of family and hard work. I worked my way through college graduating from Western Michigan University. I sold vehicles for a time while in school and for about 9 months after graduating. I then went to work for EDS in various roles, supporting various clients and industries including: Oldsmobile, Buick, SPO, the Fabrication plants, JNL, State of MI, etc., I worked 29 years with EDS, GM, HP and then HP Enterprises. I've been back selling new and used vehicle for the last year and enjoying the customers and challenges. I have two wonderful and productive daughters, a great significant other (girlfriend), and two dogs. I love to read, hike, golf and boat in my spare time. I look forward to assisting and treating potential customers as I would want to be treated.

Love the log cabin! Lou was pretty good but sometimes seemed a little impatient. No biggie. Place was clean. They fixed the dent. Did a great job! Edit. Well, we are very disappointed. We specifically asked how much the truck could tow because we were planning on towing a travel trailer or a 5th wheel. The first time I asked Lou he said he couldn't find out be cause it was a Ram. He said if it was a Chevy he could find out. O....K...? So, I brought my husband in to see the truck. My husband looked in the owners manual to find towing capacity and found a website to look it up on, by VIN#. Gave Lou the website and he supposedly looked it up. He told us that the max tow capacity was 9030#. So, we bought the truck with the idea that it could tow 9030#. Long story short, we contacted a RAM dealer and found out that the max tow weight is only 7970#. Which means we can't tow the travel trailer that we wanted..... More

I had been looking for a truck for several weeks.I Live by Hillsdale Mi. All the sales personnel I had been in contact with from other dealerships, Lou was the only one that kept on top of the info for me. by Hillsdale Mi. Coming in on day off stellar customer service! From Lou to finance and the system you have worked great on my behalf. I was very impressed with your operation. Only had two short waits on paper work. Observing and chatting with a couple sales reps. Great people. Buildt my confidence on the sale. Lou explained in detail all my questions. Finance did the same. Great guys.
