It was recommended by my company to contact Hoffman Porsche of East Hartord to help service the problem. It was absolutely the right decision. The person who I dealt with in service was a gentlemen by the name of Lou. He was fantastic. Helped me get the vehicle to the dealership, was in constant contact with me concerning the problem and had everything resolved and the car back to me in a very timely manner. He was extremely professional in his manner and did whatever he could do to get the car back in my hands. Hats off to Lou! More

Top notch professionals I have had the pleasure dealing with the service department over the past few years for routine check ups and must say they have always exceeded my ex I have had the pleasure dealing with the service department over the past few years for routine check ups and must say they have always exceeded my expectations. It finally came time for me to make the trade for something new and the experience was much the same and so much easier than I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The sales department could not have been more helpful in directing me into the car that suits me best. I'll travel far for this kind of service and will be a long term customer moving forward....
