Great customer service, pleasant buying experience! Lou was very pleasant and friendly as soon as I walked into the door. He pulled up the car that I wanted to look at, to the front door so that I could check it out. Once I reviewed the Rogue he asked me if I wanted to take it for a test drive. After the test drive we discussed the cost of the Rogue and he said that O'Neil would match the price that I observed on their website. I had gone to other Nissan dealers and they had added costs to the car prices on their websites. They said that they could not match the posted prices, or had added cost items hidden in the fine print. Drew was very friendly and said that they sell the cars listed at the price on their website. Drew is also the General Manger and sits at the front door, I have never witnessed a General Manager sitting at the front door at any other dealer. Most of the GM's usually are hidden in an office in the back. Drew also sat at my table while Lou was working with Tom on my paperwork, and asked me how I liked the dealership, I told him that every person who worked there was very friendly, and they said hello. It was the best buying experience that I had in over 40 years of buying cars. More

When I visited the dealership, I was impressed with everyone I met. Max, Lou, and Maggie couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. No one took advantage of the fact that I didn't have a lot of leverage. They offered a a very good price, and when I came back a week later to pick it up (we asked them to add some options), the closing experience with Conor was just as good: fast, friendly and efficient. We love both the service and sales at our local dealership, but the selection at O'Neil's is much greater. With such friendly people I can honestly say the entire buying experience was so good I'd even make the trip again for another car. More

I wouldn't go anywhere else I've owned Nissan vehicles for over 25 years, but have been leasing cars from O'Neil Nissan for almost 10 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've owned Nissan vehicles for over 25 years, but have been leasing cars from O'Neil Nissan for almost 10 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've dealt with two other Nissan dealerships and there is just no comparison to the sales and service you get at O'Neil - everyone is so friendly, so helpful and so knowlegeable it makes every experience a pleasure. Donna Mechmann is my go to whenever I need a new lease - she always asks all the right questions, explains all the up to the minute deals, never makes me feel pressured and spends whatever time is necessary "working the numbers" to get me exactly what I want and need. I am currently leasing a 2017 Maxima - and have a very hectic work schedule which doesn't allow me a lot of time to "sit around a dealership" figuring out the details of a lease - I can honestly tell you Donna is so great at her job that my current lease was handled all through email! We have such an amazing business relationship and she is so focused on making sure I'm happy with every aspect of my new lease, that I know I can trust her judgment completely. For my currently lease, we emailed back and forth, and after finalizing my decision with her, I literally walked in, signed the papers and drove off with my Maxima. My Salesman Lou is the best! He makes every lease return/purchase smooth, never lets me leave without setting up all the "technical details" and totally explaining every new feature of my vehicle in a "language" I can understand. Tom in finance always makes sure I have the best deal and any time I'm at the Service Department from oil changes to maintenance Justin, Tom, Fred and Kitty make my visit hassle free, smooth and easy. I'm so happy with the way O'Neil Nissan does business that I've referred not only my boss but my daughter to Donna Mechmann, who helped them both leased vehicles through O'Neil. You can be assured I will refer anyone looking for a new, used or leased vehicle not only to Donna at Nissan but to the O'Neil dealership. More
