STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! I had by far THE WORST buying experience ever here! Bottom line is they sold me a car without having the title and it took a month before i was able I had by far THE WORST buying experience ever here! Bottom line is they sold me a car without having the title and it took a month before i was able to pick up my car It all started when i called and inquired about a vehicle i was interested in, i asked if the price was negotiable and inquired if they would be open to $2,000 off the sticker price, i was told on the phone they would be open to that. I then made an appointment to test drive to car, and despite making the appointment and confirming it that morning, it took them over 15 minutes to get the car pulled up for me. After the test drive the salesman went through all the numbers with me at that $2k reduced price. Then the sales manager came out and said best they could do was $300 off after i spent over 30 minutes going over that much lower price with the salesman. I left, then called back a few days later and was able to get to a lower price. I went in that evening to sign paperwork and AFTER signing was told they dont have the title yet but will have it tomorrow and would call me at 10 am. I never got that call and in fact I had to call them back at 2 pm to be informed they dont have the title as they underpaid the balance of the loan on the car. I was then told they will have it within a week and i was given a loaner car. While i appreciate being given the loaner car they completely screwed up the agreement, only put my husbands name on it. I was also unable to put my dog in the car as I would then have to pay an exorbitant cleaning fee. After a week, still no call and no update. I then had to extend the loaner agreement and it took no less than 5 calls for them to actually add my name to the agreement properly. I called every Monday asking for updates to be told they would call me back when management came in- they never called back I always had to follow up. Finally 3.5 weeks after paying thousands for this car, I was called by the salesman and told they had the title. They only called me to tell me that because they were having trouble with my insurance (This was on a Thursday). I had a death in the family and was preoccupied with the services. I called on Monday to inquire if the car was ready yet and was told again they had to wait till management was in to see if the title came in - (keep in mind this is the sales manager I have been speaking to every time I called, so his salesman never told him it had come in) Clearly ensuring someone gets the car they paid for in under a month was not a priority for them. I had to inform him the title had been in their possession for several days. Spoiler alert it was not registered or inspected despite having it for over 1.5 work days. They then rushed to get it inspected and called me repeatedly to say it was ready, no never mind it wont be ready in time, just kidding its ready come get it now! I repeatedly tried to speak to the general manager only to repeatedly get calls back from the sales manager. It took 3 calls explicitly stating i wanted him to finally get a call back from him. I was initially only offered $200 compensation for this headache and delay. The general manager offered to double that before finally agreeing on a total of $700 in compensation. They did not offer me any free extended warranty- despite my request - because i was now a month into the warranty and had not had the car at all that time. I was told they “cant redo the contract to post date it” despite that not being my request- i was asking them to add a longer warranty. If you decide to buy a car from here just make sure you see the title and know that you will be buying a car from a group of incompetent penny pinchers More

Lou greeted us at the door with a huge smile. Lou is very professional and caring . No matter what I asked him about he knew the answer always answering with a friendly smile. Lou even set my phone to the car we purchased as I don't understand too much how to use cell phones etc. I would recommend Lou if you buying a car at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield, just look for his smile . He has patience,kindness and will answer all your questions. He also has alot of respect. So when you go looking for a car go to Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield and ask for Lou.. More

He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, answering all of my questions with patience and detail. Lou went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend working with Lou if you’re looking for a car. John, the Sales Manager, was also extremely helpful and excellent to work with. He was also readily available to answer and questions and concerns I had. I appreciate that he also took the time to make sure I had a great experience. More

Lou and Diego were absolutely great. I have bought 4 Rogue’s from Lou. He is phenomenal!!!! He is so knowledgeable about what I want and never ever pushes me into something I don’t like I have bought 4 Rogue’s from Lou. He is phenomenal!!!! He is so knowledgeable about what I want and never ever pushes me into something I don’t like nor can’t afford. He always seems to find the perfect car for me always like I said I have bought 4 cars from him. I think him and Diego are the one two punch they both together make a T.K.O I absolutely love seeing them they are the 2 greatest people I have dealt with when it comes to buying a car. When I come in for services they find me and ask me if I need anything and of course is my car running GREAT and I will say above and beyond for these two guys!!!! They will call as well to check in to make sure I am happy with my decision. So if you want to be treated like family and be absolutely respected ask for these two gentlemen’s I could go on and on but when people are good to you especially in the car business most places don’t treat you Good !!! More
