Liars and thieves, I bought two vehicles with these xxx and they sold me one with black transmission fluid.. won’t take accountability and are now stalling until my Lemon Law warranty runs out. Terrible experience. Was invited to test drive a pre-owned vehicle, which I liked and then went ahead and purchased. but only after putting down a deposit and filling the paperwork was I informed th pre-owned vehicle, which I liked and then went ahead and purchased. but only after putting down a deposit and filling the paperwork was I informed that they didn't have the title and didn't know when they would get it! Was then offered to consider another (more expensive) vehicle, and the same story happened all over again: opted to buy it and was then told that they don't have the title. A week has passed and they have not yet refunded the deposit or made the vehicles available for purchase. Overall awful encounter with downright dishonesty, bordering on fraud. Be extra careful when buying from this dealership! More
