Very satisfying service experience Lou Simmet was there to greet me when I pulled my car into the service area. He explained what I made an appointment for 2015 Camry's 10000 service. Lou Simmet met me at my car and welcomed me to the dealership. Very friendly! He explained what services were to be completed and said it would take approx. 1 hour. He also noted that my registration would be expiring in less than 2 months and that this would be a good time to get the inspection done and that it would save me an additional trip. I got everything done and was out of the dealership in 45 min. Lou was very professional and friendly in his dealings with me. An enjoyable experience. More
