Service Adviser Lou Simmet embodies the qualities that make so many people reluctant to go to a dealer service department: he’s rude, smug, and does everything he can to inflate a bill regardless of whether or not a car needs the procedure he’s pushing. He uses strong arm tactics to try to separate the customer from their money. Consequently I’ve learned to avoid him, and therefore Toyota of North Charlotte, since he is their Service Manager. More

Service experience I just want to say that Lou Simmet was very helpful when I brought my Prius in to get tires last week. He went above and beyond any "normal" service. I just want to say that Lou Simmet was very helpful when I brought my Prius in to get tires last week. He went above and beyond any "normal" service. I had a coupon that they were not familiar with and everyone went out of their way to make it work. He even called me afterwards to make sure I had all the rebate forms. Thank you so much. I never feel like I am being talked down to because I am a woman. I take my car every 5000 miles and they are always great! More
