Low-Pressure, Very Helpful, Great Salesperson (Lou Whitener) This rating has everything to do with the quality of our salesperson, Lou Whitener. She is outstanding!!! We were looking at a CPO 2016 328i Sedan wit This rating has everything to do with the quality of our salesperson, Lou Whitener. She is outstanding!!! We were looking at a CPO 2016 328i Sedan with X-Drive and had a trade-in. Lou handed the process in a very professional yet very friendly manner when it came to informing us about every aspect of the car and the pricing. We had a bit of a struggle agreeing on the trade-in value of my car, but we got that ironed-out after she allowed us to speak with the person who handles such matters (Lou doesn't value the trade-ins herself). The deal we reached was very fair from all perspectives, and Lou made sure everything was ready for us on delivery day. Upon taking delivery, the car was fully detailed and in pristine condition (just as promised), and Lou then gave us a one-hour explanation of the car's features that was as thorough as what we would have received from one of the BMW Geniuses. Lou even checked-in on us a few days later to see how things were going with the car after delivery, and again offered up her own time to help us understand any of the inner workings of the iDrive system. She is an outstanding salesperson and I give her my highest possible recommendation in terms of her integrity, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills. She knows BMWs extensively, she's great with people, and she will deliver everything she promises her clients. Great job!!! More

Great and fast service. I believe I paid a fair price for my new car and L. Whitener went out of her way to locate the car with the specifications I wanted and with the price I could afford to pay. Muto was very patient and explained the documents I executed and he also showed me how the monetary amounts were calculated and the deductions I received as a loyal customer. I specified to L. Whitener that I had very little time available to remain at the dealership. She promised me that I would would be out of the dealership within a certain time frame and she kept her promise. The car was ready and the documents were ready for my signature upon arrival. More

I recently purchased BMW X1 from Mainline BMW . I had an opportunity to interact with Lou from sales and Frank from Finance. Right from pricing the new car and Trade in till I drove my new car out of the de opportunity to interact with Lou from sales and Frank from Finance. Right from pricing the new car and Trade in till I drove my new car out of the dealership, their service had been exceptionally good.. It is very rare nowadays to see such people who have willingness to help the customer sincerely out of their way. In all my car buying experience in multiple states for many years , this experience has been wonderful . I very strongly recommend Lou and Frank without any hesitation, if you are planning to buy any BMW in this area. More

Lou Whitener made purchasing my first car not only less daunting, but actually enjoyable. She didn’t talk down to me, and she didn’t question my ability to pay for the X1. She took me seriously from the daunting, but actually enjoyable. She didn’t talk down to me, and she didn’t question my ability to pay for the X1. She took me seriously from the first day I met her, and was incredibly professional. As a single female in my early 30s, I was typically either ignored or not given a price quote (Devon Hill BMW), and at one (non-BMW) dealership, the first thing shown to me was where the cup holders were - as if nothing else about the vehicle mattered. Lou’s client service was excellent, and I am so thankful that I ended up with her. For example, Lou was on vacation while we were discussing the price, and even then she still responded to my emails and calls, and put me in touch with Tony Lukanski, her manager, to continue the process so I wouldn’t have to wait until she returned. Lou kept every promise she made, and was responsive to my onslaught of inquiries (there were a lot given that this was my first time going through the process on my own). I ended up financing a portion of the purchase price and had the opportunity to work with Frank Muto, the BMW Financing on-site person. He was efficient, and extremely organized, which was a stark contrast from my previous leasing experience at BMW of Westchester (in White Plains, NY) where I was just handed a stack of different sized paperwork. Frank provided folders (it is amazing what an impact that this no-brainer small gesture can have) and explained every piece of paper given to me. Overall, I was very impressed with the team of people that I worked with at BMW of the Main Line, and I would highly recommend them. Please ask for Lou if you’re interested in a new vehicle and Frank if you’re working with BMW Financial Services. More

Lou Whitener was our salesperson when we purchased our 328I X-Drive. She was attentive and went above and beyond to help us with this purchase. We actually traveled over an hour to purchase this vehicle 328I X-Drive. She was attentive and went above and beyond to help us with this purchase. We actually traveled over an hour to purchase this vehicle from her even though there is a BMW dealership 10 minutes from our home. Lou is the reason why. Everyone we came in contact with at this dealership was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and would go back to purchase another vehicle in a heartbeat. And I would ask for Lou! More
