Charles, I apologize for your inconvenience with both the vehicle and the registration process. Our reputation is extremely important to us, and we value your feedback. In my message on February 26th, I indicated the 3 month warranty you requested start on February 11th was honored, and regarding motor vehicle, I had offered to either pay for a rental vehicle if you were uncomfortable with your son driving the car. Sometimes temps do expire, and while we do our absolute best to avoid it, circumstances will occasionally prevent our ability to do so. I know your plates were delivered very soon after the Feb 26 message. Please feel to reach out to me should you have any issues moving forward. UPDATE: I also spoke to Lou today, as he called me back as soon as this feedback hit. The service contract was, in fact, updated as I requested, however, when handed the service receipt, I was given no indication thet this change was noted there. I simply thought it was for the repair work, and put it into the glove box of the vehicle. Also, I had to talk to two different sales managers today to get an answer on the tags issue, as the first guy never called back. I now have the information that we're waiting on DMV.

Hi Charles - My apologies for your inconvenience(s). As you can tell from our DealerRater page, our reputation and customer service is EXTREMELY important to us. I spoke to Lou, my service director, who has already been in contact with you this morning regarding the 3 month warranty that started (per your request) on the day you picked up the car. This information was put, in writing, on your repair order for the utmost clarity. With rergards to your plates, I will either A) Pay for a rental vehicle if your son is uncomfortable driving the vehicle on the expired temp, or B), reimburse you for any ticket he would be issued should he recieve one. Please let me know which option you prefer. My personal email is jwajda@aol.com, and I can be reached at the dealership at 732-741-6200 x 121. We are working to get the registration processed as quickly as possible, and it shuldn't be more than another 5 days or so. Sometimes these problems happen, and I apologize. I would appreciate your updating your review, as some of the information contained in it wasn't accurate, as we presented you with your requested 3 month warranty at time of pickup on February 11.
