Professional, knowledgable, courteous, respectful, and no BS I have been driving Subarus, and nothing but Subarus, since 1977. Almost 39 years and approaching 2.2 million miles. I longed for the positive experiences I had with 'my' Subaru dealer, Nitti's Subaru in Hamilton Square, NJ. Unfortunately, since Nitti's closed up shop I have suffered through a couple of typical car dealers - aggressive, dishonest, minimal product knowledge, tell you anything, lie to you about everything, well I'm sure most of us have run into the type. The only good thing I can say about them is that they sold Subarus. On to the positive. World Subaru is fairly convenient to my place of work, so I decided to give them a try. My salesman, Grant Carroll, was professional and knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. No pressure, no false claims, no attempted intimidation, just a sound, straight-forward and friendly encounter. We made a deal on my first visit, he located the car I wanted, and it was delivered shortly thereafter. I could not help but think that I had found the latter-day Nitti's, and that is a VERY positive comment coming from me. Everyone I met at World Subaru was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We bought our 8 month loaner Legacy ! We had a loaner car (Subaru Legacy) for about 8 months due to a problem with a recall replacement part on our Jeep! This all started in February 2015. Over the course of the following 8 months, we really liked everything about the Legacy. I had always bought Toyota Camrys up until now. We decided to trade in our vehicle that was being fixed and buy the Subaru Legacy. Lou Zuluaga and Dennis McWeeney were very helpful with our 'transition'. They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I told Dennis McWeeney that World Subaru was much better than some of our previous Toyota experiences. I highly recommend World Subaru and the staff that helped us. More

After my first experience buying a pre-owned Saab from Sam Spencer, I vowed when I was in the market again, I would go back to Sam Spencer! My 2nd car, which I'm driving now and LOVE, is a black pre-owned Mercedes 300. Before I was thinking about buying, I stopped in to see Sam. I told him what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. He called me and had me test drive a couple of other cars before the Mercedes came in. He took the Mercedes out himself to test drive. He called me to say it was a 'solid car' and he thought I would like it. I test drove and made the decision. It was such a great experience. It's a year later and I still LOVE the car. More

I have never come away with anything less than a fair price, undivided attention, and overall the most pleasant experience one can have with a new car dealer (including service). I just purchased the 2015 Subaru Legacy and it's just a superb vehicle in every sense of the word. I am confident I will have many years of enjoyable driving, just as I had with my 2007 Impreza and 2002 Jeep Liberty. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car, and I don't think I'll buy anything but a Subaru again! More
