Jose was a pleasure to deal with. He is super friendly, professional, and accommodating. I was provided a new loaner car, and was on my way in no time. Jose kept me fully informed regarding the repair and maintenance progress. I was especially concerned about the noise I wanted resolved emanating from within my dashboard. I have vivid memories of other new cars I’ve had with noise issues. I was often told technicians heard nothing on test drives, and the noise continued on my drive home. So I was relieved when Jose called to tell me they had found the culprit, a cracked head up display surround. More

Service would have outstanding if the engine repair was done without a mechanic's error. But the good news is that the service department made an extra effort to diagnose the error and fix the issue with done without a mechanic's error. But the good news is that the service department made an extra effort to diagnose the error and fix the issue with no dollar cost to me just the inconvenience of being without a vehicle for 4 additional days. I can only hope that the error did not cause any permanent damage to the engine. Only time will tell as I expect to get 200,000 miles with regular maintenance. More
