Have worked with Louie Doblado for ages and trust him completely. So when he suggested I work Chip Crouse, I didn't hesitate or need to think it over for even a second. Chip knocked it out the park! Finance manager Josh was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. The entire team at Cardinale Way Acura is second to none. 11/10 recommend paying them a visit the next time you are car shopping. More

If I could rate them at zero stars I would have. The overall buying experience was okay. They were extremely unwilling to deal on the price in fact we were “charged” a “market adjustment fee” of 10% The overall buying experience was okay. They were extremely unwilling to deal on the price in fact we were “charged” a “market adjustment fee” of 10% of the MSRP which while given the current state of country and supply chain is understandable. Yes, we had every right to walk out, and the thought crossed my mind several times in the 2-3 hours that we were there. They played the typical games that all dealerships do when buying a vehicle. You must sit and wait for them to “consult” with the manager about things. The thing that made the buying experience horrible was the 6 weeks that we had wait to get the information to register our vehicle. Once we finally got the information, it was dated three days after our purchase, which means the paperwork sat on someone desk for 5-6 weeks. The other item was the financing. We were told we would have paperwork within roughly 10 days. After multiple phone calls and roughly 6 weeks to get a phone number for the lender, I found out talking to them (the lender) that paperwork was finalized on the day I was finally able to speak with someone in the finance department at the dealership. The lender mentioned that the loan was funded the following day (after our actual purchase date) however they needed some more information from the dealer before they could send paperwork to us. I was further mentioned that they made multiple requests to the dealer and only after 5-6 weeks did, they get the requested information. Also, they was no follow-up by the sales person that we worked with. As part of our deal, we got some accessories and they had to be ordered. It was about 1-2 weeks after the purchase that it showed so I went and picked it up. The salesman was there, and he had asked how we liked the vehicle, but that was almost 2 weeks after we purchased the vehicle. Overall, I expected a lot more from Acura as they are considered a premium brand over say their less expensive brand Honda. Maybe we would have gotten better service at Honda, however my wife loves the premium finishes that Acura offers over Honda. I would not recommend CardinaleWay Acura to anyone that is looking to buy an Acura or even a used car from them. More

Louie is great and will always be. As for the rest of this group, they could all take lessons in customer service. The previous LV Acura had a great group of people all the way around. I had the ruddiest person handling the financial paperwork. I asked for my address to be corrected and she refused. I've made calls to them to get some updated information. Twice they directed my call to Josh, who never returned any of my multiple phone calls. Definitely not going back to buy a car from them. More
