Despite the cold weather, they went above and beyond by pulling two cars into the bay so we could compare them side-by-side, which was incredibly helpful in making our decision. Louis took the time to explain every feature of the vehicle and made sure we were completely comfortable with our choice. The entire process was quick, yet thorough, and we never felt rushed. On top of that, Jerry Taylor, the financial manager, was outstanding.
