With the inflation rate going up daily, and the prices going through the roof we knew that we were going to be challenged to the max trying to turn in our existing lease and securing another one. We knew there was only ONE dealership we trusted to help us! We reached out AGAIN to Lou Cerrato and Lou Buttone over at Lester Glenn. These Gentleman are so patient and kind, it’s like dealing with family! As a matter of fact, this is our THIRD lease with Lester Glenn and both Lou’s . Our journey began with a test ride. Lou took us out and explained EVERY amenity the car possessed. He took his time and answered all our questions. Next was the hard part- Lou going to Greg (the manager) and trying to hammer out our deal. Believe me it wasn’t an easy task, but they managed to put together a deal that was good for both the dealership and us! Greg was very kind and walked us through the financing explaining everything we were signing. I am so very satisfied with every aspect of our deal and I would recommend this dealership and Lou for your auto needs! More

Lou was a pleasant sales person. Went over pretty much everything. The car has a scratch on it which I was told it would be taken care of. I am still waiting for an appointment for this.it should only take a couple of days to schedule this. I was told I had to take the car the day I was purchasing it. That did not sit well with me but I ended up taking it against my better judgement. Should have left it there until the scratch was fixed. This does not mean you should not deal with Lou. he did not make the decision that the car had to be taken that day. He is very honest. More

He said he was great when he brought his GMC truck. I called Lou and told him what I’m looking for is another GMC Terrain. Certified pre-owned. He had one that might fit my needs. They confirmed to me that I would get an additional temp tag if mine expired since motor vehicle was delayed on the hard tag. IT WAS A BIG LIE. I was stranded with a brand new gmc Denali 2023 parked in my d tag if mine expired since motor vehicle was delayed on the hard tag. IT WAS A BIG LIE. I was stranded with a brand new gmc Denali 2023 parked in my driveway because they could not provide an additional temp tag. I just spent 80k dollars and they could not send me an additional 20 dollar temp tag. Thanks a lot. More
