He has a great professional attitude with a whimsical sense of humor that had my sister (Shelia) and me smiling or laughing while he educated us on the types of Maverick trucks on the lot. We did not know the Lariat was the 'top' model, and he introduced us to the most beautiful truck. My sister was immediately in love with the color and features as Mr. Louis explained every detail. My sister wanted the truck and wanted Mr. Louis to make it happen for her. We had to return the next day with the paperwork, and Mr. Louis was ready with a road test as he continued to provide expert knowledge of the Maverick's features. He was such a professional that I would 'definitely' refer other family and friends to him for a great deal. Thank you, Louis. The dealership is very nice, and its supervisor was also a professional and easy to speak with. Listen to our needs and provided the vehicle for our family. Vehicle had a broken mirror adjustment switch. Louis immediately had a service tech inspect and replace defective switch. Louis stated that sales manager told him to follow us home after completing paperwork. This is A+ service. Upon coming home, I noticed a small swirl on left passenger’s door. It only showed in shade. 2 days later, Louis arranged for another technician to remove buff mark. Louis provided an excellent test drive along with follow up questions from us. More
