Listen to our needs and provided the vehicle for our family. Vehicle had a broken mirror adjustment switch. Louis immediately had a service tech inspect and replace defective switch. In our rush to come family. Vehicle had a broken mirror adjustment switch. Louis immediately had a service tech inspect and replace defective switch. In our rush to come in to sign purchase order, we left the title at home. I stated that I would go back and bring title. Louis stated that sales manager told him to follow us home after completing paperwork. This is A+ service. Upon coming home, I noticed a small swirl on left passenger’s door. It only showed in shade. 2 days later, Louis arranged for another technician to remove buff mark. Louis provided an excellent test drive along with follow up questions from us. More
