I had one of the worst dealership experiences of my life at Mark Mitsubishi Scottsdale. I worked with two salesmen, Caleb (thin, almost bald black hair) and Caleb Davenport, and a tall finance manager whose at Mark Mitsubishi Scottsdale. I worked with two salesmen, Caleb (thin, almost bald black hair) and Caleb Davenport, and a tall finance manager whose name I didn’t catch. From the start, they showed me multiple “worksheets” with outrageous numbers — $900+ monthly payments no matter what car I looked at, whether it was $37k or $25k. They kept changing the required down payment from $1,000 to $5,000, and claimed “that’s just how the bank approved it.” The problem? They never actually sent anything to a bank. These were just inflated dealer numbers designed to scare me into agreeing. When I pushed back and asked to see the real bank approval with the APR, loan amount, and term, they dodged the question. They tried to convince me my payments would be that high because of my credit, but I know the math — even at 20% APR, my payment would have been in the $600s, not $900+. They lied and played games every step of the way. This dealership preys on people with less-than-perfect credit, using predatory and deceptive tactics. They waste your time, run you in circles, and try to trap you with fake numbers before even sending your application to a lender. If you value honesty and transparency, avoid this place at all costs. I’ll be reporting them to the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and BBB for deceptive practices. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !! I purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from this dealership. I live out of state and agreed with the salesperson Kyle that he would provide photos/video of th !! I purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from this dealership. I live out of state and agreed with the salesperson Kyle that he would provide photos/video of the car. And while I chose not to make the 1000 mile trip to see the car in person (my mistake….), I was told/shown repeatedly the car was in “perfect” condition and that any issues had been resolved by their body shop. Dealer even markets on their website to out of state buyers. After finalizing the deal and arranging delivery, the vehicle arrived in terrible condition. It had not even been cleaned as I found nail glue tubes and make-up brushes in the glove box. There was a large burn mark in the carpet area of back seat, the wheels originally had road rash and I was told/shown that they had been completely refinished. Wrong again only to find out from the sale manager, Loyd who shared that they just have them touched up.. Frankly I could have done a better job with a can of spray paint as there was overspray down the lower rocker. So now I will take the off and have them professional powder coated which is what was supposed to have happened. I also have a new windshield installed that is throwing error code when again I was told “Everything is working correctly” even after specifically asking them to verify it. It took them two weeks and multiple messages to even get them to send me the sale documents I signed. I was told by Kyle repeatedly, “we will take care of any issues when you get the car….”. Well I have now been told there is nothing they can/will do, it is my responsibility with “as is”. I have had several great experiences with other dealers buying cars remotely but AVOID this dealership at all costs. I guess now I will see if the vehicle title arrives. More

I purchased a car April 2 2025 (interstate purchase) and am still waiting for the dealership to send the original title. After literally dozens of calls, emails and texts i am still waiting. We drove 6 hours one Saturday to their dealership and the manager never came out and they never even evaluated our truck for trade in.
