Manager had our keys to evaluate trade-in, and kept them in his office for 45 minutes longer as if he was in a meeting. After we walked outside to wait in the cold January weather, the manager finally came outside and offered average trade-in value. Days later when we picked up our new vehicle, we had to wait an hour to get the temporary tags, which could of been done before we got there because they knew we'd be picking up on that day.
