I would not recommend Edmond Hyundai based on my purchase experience. In my case, the dealership appeared to include dealer-installed options, add-ons, and other charges within the vehicle invoice price r experience. The sales staff did not provide the actual factory invoice and instead presented what they referred to as a memorandum invoice. When it came time to complete the transaction, I was asked to sign a buyer's order that did not match the pricing shown on the dealership's memorandum invoice. Another concern was the vehicle's Monroney (window) sticker. It was not displayed prominently on the vehicle and was instead placed inside the car, making it easy for a customer to miss. This made it more difficult to readily verify the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) and compare it to the dealership's pricing. These practices place buyers at a significant disadvantage when attempting to negotiate a fair purchase price. Without clear access to the factory MSRP, transparent disclosure of dealer-added items, and consistent pricing documentation, consumers may not have the information needed to make informed purchasing decisions or effectively negotiate the vehicle's true selling price. My advice to anyone shopping here is to carefully review all pricing documents, request the original factory window sticker, verify the MSRP, and compare every figure on the buyer's order before signing any paperwork. Overall, I found the pricing presentation lacking in transparency and left feeling that important information was not clearly disclosed during the sales process. More
