After I got home, I received a follow-up from Luca, which is expected from a good salesperson. Then yesterday, my husband and I decided to check out other dealerships—Honda, Hyundai, and Toyota—but none gave us the same positive vibe we experienced at Nissan Poway. So we went back to Poway Nissan and showed the car I had been eyeing to my husband. Again, the team didn’t disappoint. Everyone was welcoming and eager to offer the best service. We ended up getting the car—with the best deal! After experiencing the exceptional service at Nissan Poway, I don’t think I’d ever switch to another brand.
