I found Audi San Diego very personable especially Lucas Kielar. I had been looking for a TT RS for sometime and Lucas helped make that happen. I had missed out on another TT RS and Lucas said he would keep in touch when another one came up. True to his word Lucas reached out when he got a TT RS in trade. It all worked out because it was the exact color combination that I was looking for in the first place. Lucas went above and beyond providing additional photos and a video walk around of the car. When we flew in to pick up the car Lucas provided a Lyft car to pick me and my wife up at the airport and deliver us to the dealership. After we purchased the car Lucas kept in touch to make sure any questions we had about the car were answered as we drove back up the coast. More

When we made our appointment with the dealership, we already knew which vehicle we wanted, and had scheduled a test drive, with intent to purchase the vehicle that day. Prior to our visit, Lucas was ki already knew which vehicle we wanted, and had scheduled a test drive, with intent to purchase the vehicle that day. Prior to our visit, Lucas was kind enough to send us short video of our vehicle, which increased our anticipation of buying. When we arrived, Lucas had just pulled the car out for our test drive, so we got started immediately. After that, it was just a matter of getting the trade in value for our old car, plus all the associated paperwork. The offer of snacks and drinks while we waited was a nice gesture. Joyce walked us through the final stages of financing, with all the explanations or warrantee's we would want for our purchase. The process was a breeze. In the meantime, Lucas set up the temporary license plates, programmed the key fob, and set us up as key users for our Audi, and got us started on the Navigation program and MMI. Jade went over the technical features of our new car, and we were ready to drive off the lot. All together, we had a stress free experience, and appreciated the entire process. More
