If I could give this place no stars I would! They have the WORST service department in the world. I took my car to get checked because it started acting weird and they tell me before they can ev They have the WORST service department in the world. I took my car to get checked because it started acting weird and they tell me before they can even diagnose it I have to spend almost 2k for a sensor so they can TEST unreal! To only find out when I made a stink about it that that the Service Manager didn’t recommend either. That just told me all I needed to know about this place and the Service Advisor Jonathan’s incompetence! The service advisor is the worst. He wanted to argue me down without listening to me. He had the audacity to tell me he didn’t know where my car was serviced, Really? Maybe you should’ve checked the records before you said that. It was bought and serviced only this dealership. Nice going, way to treat a guy who spent $120k on a car! More

When I went in for my appointment to purchase my BMW , it already seemed as if the Sales employee was irritated. I later found this employee was Lucas Sienkiewicz. This guy didn't want anything to do with us. I was told to come in and speak to a sales manager, for something they could've just told me over the phone. Mr.Sienkiewicz didn't even bother introducing himself or anything. He wanted nothing to do with us. Didn't ask any questions, didn't explain anything. Stubborn, rude, disgusting. Stay away, give your business to a dealership that actually cares (Tenafly, Mamaroneck, Greenwich). More
