The staff truly stood out for being caring, honest, and attentive; they took the time to understand my needs and answered every question with transparency and patience. The dealership itself was clean, modern, and very welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I was especially impressed with how well equipped they were to help me find exactly the car I was looking for. Even with a specific vehicle in mind, they went above and beyond to locate the perfect match and keep me informed throughout the process. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for professionalism, efficiency, and genuinely great customer service. However, my recent visit to Ed Martin to explore the new Toyota Tacomas was a refreshing change. From the moment my wife and I entered the facility, we were warmly greeted by Lucas. He asked whether we had an appointment or were walking in, then promptly and professionally welcomed us to his desk. Throughout our visit, Lucas was courteous, knowledgeable, and... most importantly—never pushy. He allowed us the space and time to explore multiple vehicles, take test drives, and have thoughtful discussions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His approach was the most comfortable and respectful experience I've ever had at a dealership. Thanks to Lucas’s professionalism and the overall positive experience, I was able to get a fair value for my trade-in and drive home in a new Tacoma.
