Lucas Stahl was outstanding. He listened to what we wanted and more importantly what we didn't want. That was continued by Matt Wooldridge during financing. After a bad experience at a previous dealer Lucas and Matt saved the day by treating us with the utmost respect and professionalism. They answered all our questions, showed us cars we were interested in, and even gathered information and pricing from service on possible future needs from them to make some additional and crucial decisions. Lucas as a Sales Advisor and Matt as a Finance Leader worked hard to stay within our budget as well. We are also extended warranty people and there are many options to choose from, but we were not pressured on anything and chose only what we wanted. Both Lucas and Matt treated us kindly and fairly and that went a long way in building a trustful buying relationship. If you want a pleasant car buying experience and not a hard sell high pressure anxiety ridden event, then come talk with them. While we highly recommend Lucas and Matt to buy your car from, all the representatives of Hyundai of Fort Myers that we encountered were courteous and friendly and the facility is clean, bright, and comfortable. In the end, while we were looking at various nice used vehicles, we left with a sharp looking, fuel efficient, more features that we thought we could get, safe, well warrantied, brand-new vehicle, with a loan that we can manage. Most of all we left extremely happy and satisfied that we got a vehicle we love at a fair price with the extras we personally wanted. Can't recommend Lucas, Matt, and this dealership enough.
