Hoping to have a premium car buying experience as I was told is what you receive as a buyer at this dealership. After looking into the multiple 1 star reviews, I decided to give this place a fair shot. Dealership can't order parts in a timely and orderly fashion. My credit score suffered due to their lack of attentiveness and willingness to get things done and get my trade in vehicle paid off in a timely fashion. Submitted a buyers order for the purchase. Was told all the paperwork would be completed and ready to sign when I arrived to finish the deal and my new car would be detailed and cleaned prior to me taking possession of the vehicle that day. Paperwork was not in any way ready to go or ready to sign and surprise the car was not cleaned either. Finance manager at the time had nothing ready or completed. Salesman Lucian was not present at the time of the closing of the deal. Had to have a 3 way call with finance manager and salesman to verify what items were "authorized" to be put onto the "We Owe Ticket" even when we already finalized those items and Terms. Very highly un-proffesional. Purchased the vehicle in June 2026 and today is August 3rd and the dealers We Owe Ticket is still not completed. Car washes with interior windows and surface wipe downs is included in the we Owe Ticket and I showed up to get my car cleaned and this dealer told me they do not have time for me today. Post sale interactions with customers within the auto buying industry is the cream of the crop that leads to continued buisiness and revenue. This place falls greatly short of having a pleasant car buying experience. More

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible experience overall. Car must have been inspected by a blind technician. Communication was non existent until I showed up. They wouldn't let me test drive the car on the highway (guessing they knew it needed $1200 plus worth of suspension work). No floor mats. Swapped out the custom tail lights while waiting for them to "top off fluids". Bring me to my next issue, the window washer pump was inoperable. Thats just a little bit of what was found after 1 week of buying it. Buyer beware. More
