Absolutely disgusting. Walked in was working with a sales person. Was offered a deal and was ready to move forward. Then this coward walks in after asking the sales person for a little better price. He walks in stating we are broke and he is so sure we have the money. Calls me cheap and tells me to get the xxxx out of the dealer. Will be filling a discrimination suit as well as reporting him to a ford himself. Absolutely disappointed in the discrimination that was experienced by him. Good thing there is cameras and witnesses on site that i was able to get contact for my suit… WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH HIM Good job to sales person Luciano De Jesus. He was very helpful and respectful. Showed us the car and worked ok the deal. More

I want to start by saying this: my 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E is the best car I’ve ever owned. I absolutely love it — the performance, the technology, the design — Ford truly built something special. T Mach-E is the best car I’ve ever owned. I absolutely love it — the performance, the technology, the design — Ford truly built something special. To be fair, Galpin Ford did go above and beyond to get me approved for financing with challenging credit. That effort alone earned them one star. But unfortunately, the rest of the experience left me feeling completely misled and disrespected. I originally put a deposit on a specific Mach-E that had a glass roof — that was the one I wanted and thought I was getting. I even texted my salesperson the exact vehicle to confirm, and he confirmed it. After I went home, I later found out the dealership did the paperwork for a completely different car — one without the glass roof. No one told me about the change, and when I returned, they had forgotten I even placed a deposit, saying, “I hope the car is still here.” When I asked about the glass roof, I was told it was $4,000 more and that I couldn’t borrow additional funds. The salesperson’s response was, “I can’t give you everything you want.” Later, a manager even said, “You got denied for the color you wanted.” The tone throughout was condescending and rude, which just made the situation worse. They also refused to transfer the car in the color I wanted from another Ford dealership literally five miles away, even though that would have completely solved the problem. I can live without the glass roof, but it would have been the chef’s kiss — exactly the one I wanted and thought I was getting. The whole process made me feel like the rug had been pulled out from underneath me. Then, after signing, I discovered several optional add-ons had been included without my knowledge or consent, including a Sealant Package ($795), a Theft Recovery Device ($695), and WearCare ($1,050) — totaling $2,540. My co-signer and I were present for the entire process, and none of these were explained or authorized. When I noticed my monthly payment was higher than expected, the finance manager told me about WearCare. I decided to keep it afterward, but it was never disclosed before signing. When I asked about removing the sealant, my salesperson said it “can’t be removed” because it’s “applied to all our vehicles.” I’m pretty sure that’s not legal, but I’m not a lawyer. Between being switched into a different car, being talked down to, being denied a simple transfer, and discovering thousands in undisclosed add-ons, I walked away feeling completely taken advantage of. I still love my Mach-E — it’s an incredible car and I’d recommend it to anyone — but my experience with this dealership was deeply disappointing. If you shop here, get everything in writing, confirm the exact VIN before signing, and review every line of your lease carefully during the signing process. Don’t let excitement or pressure rush you — make sure every number and add-on truly matches what you agreed to. More
