I found Heritage in Illinois Mills to be a very welcoming environment. Several of the other employees seem to rejoice in Shariff’s success. Shariff and the dealership were very respectful. It was a bright, clean space and I was made to feel very comfortable. Shariff is a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. He represented the dealership well. He stayed beyond his schedule to be sure that I was comfortable enough to drive the vehicle home. Outstanding experience! More
