They didn't even bother to try to clean the car before we got there, stating they didn't have enough time. Even though we gave them 4 days notice we were coming. They didn't clean it because they didn't want to waste the time cleaning it when someone was going to buy it. Also, I found the certified used car manager to be very rude. I do not mind haggling, but I don't appreciate being talked down to and she was very disrespectful. The car was missing multiple things including the headrests on the backseat. She only agreed to order them because I pointed out it was a safety issue, And I had to drive back up there to receive them even though I live almost 2 hours away. They also couldn't be bothered to give me gas for driving up there. I don't know how new car sales go there, but as far as used cars they obviously don't put any effort into making them presentable on the market. More
