Lucy was the one who reached out to me and walked me through the pricing details. She was very helpful from the start. The test drive went smoothly, and Lucy took the time to explain all the vehicle’s features thoroughly. After some back and forth on pricing, I’m now the proud owner of a 2026 X5. Lucy was incredibly helpful, polite, and never pushy—she made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. More
