I recently purchased a 2025 BMW X3 M50 and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Lucy Hu, my sales consultant, was incredibly helpful and persistent throughout the process. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I also want to thank Jeremy Golis, the General Sales Manager, for working with me to finalize the deal, and Jim Kostack, the General Manager, for stepping in and making the experience even better. Lastly, Bill Kamberogiannis did an excellent job walking me through all the final finance paperwork. Very clear, and professional. Overall, BMW of Fort Washington has a fantastic team and a great place to purchase a new BMW. Highly recommend! More

I am very frustrated with this dealership. I bought a 2022 BMW X4 at the end of June in 2024. I was told by my salesperson that I had NEW tires and NEW brakes and all NEW fluids. On 11/21 I to I bought a 2022 BMW X4 at the end of June in 2024. I was told by my salesperson that I had NEW tires and NEW brakes and all NEW fluids. On 11/21 I took car in to have sensor replaced and was told I need NEW front brakes and an oil change. I was shocked! I sent messages that went unanswered. After weeks, i sent messages again. Finally, I got a call that basically said they could not do anything to help except credit me $500 when I get new brakes. Their cost for brakes are over $1200. The manager had no answers for me, just excuses for why I may need brakes and oil change. I just bought this car less than 4 months before I was told what was needed. I'm upset they they basically said they can't help. This is ridiculous. So much for customer service! I didn't want to give any stars. Maybe I was the wrong race to get the proper care. More
