I was very pleased with the vehicle ordering and sales process. Luda Gomez was my sales representative and was very easy to work with, responsive and upfront with the vehicle cost and options. However, after purchasing an extended warranty, I realized after conducting further research when I returned home, that I had paid too much for the extended warranty. I submitted a review commending Luda Gomez and the sales process; however, I stated in my review I was not pleased with the cost I had paid for the extended warranty I was offered. I should have been better prepared to negotiate the extended warranty purchase cost and should have received a better deal. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted almost immediately by Lynn Quiding from Customer Relations to discuss my review and my concern. I explained my experience and told her I had already submitted a cancellation request for the extended warranty to Skyler Peragine, the Financial Manager I had dealt with. She said she would follow up if needed to ensure my cancellation request was processed. At this point I expected a full-on battle to obtain a full refund as a significant commission is associated with extended warranty purchases. However, again I was pleasantly surprised. Skyler Peragine went out of his way to assist me in processing the cancellation request. At no time did he drag his feet or try to pressure me to keep the extended warranty and not shop around with other Toyota Dealers. He was very polite, responsive and friendly to all my requests. He also willingly provided me copies of any cancellation documentation I requested for my records. My cancellation request was quickly processed through the Business Office, and a full refund check was submitted to my lien holder. It is obvious after dealing with three different dealership employees during the sales and financing process, that Mccord's Vancouver Toyota Dealership management emphasizes and strongly supports customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a new vehicle. More
