In these times of lackluster customer service, I have found that the ownership of this dealer group to be head and shoulders above their peers. I had a problem that FCA/Dodge would not address and felt v found that the ownership of this dealer group to be head and shoulders above their peers. I had a problem that FCA/Dodge would not address and felt very frustrated and upset. The owner of this dealership became personally involved and got the problem solved. This defines a "hands on owner" and provides a good reason not to buy from a faceless dealership owned by an auto conglomerate. I highly recommend Winter Haven Dodge owned by Mr. Mike Mahalak.
