In these times of lackluster customer service, I have found that the ownership of this dealer group to be head and shoulders above their peers. I had a problem that FCA/Dodge would not address and felt v found that the ownership of this dealer group to be head and shoulders above their peers. I had a problem that FCA/Dodge would not address and felt very frustrated and upset. The owner of this dealership became personally involved and got the problem solved. This defines a "hands on owner" and provides a good reason not to buy from a faceless dealership owned by an auto conglomerate. I highly recommend Winter Haven Dodge owned by Mr. Mike Mahalak. In addition, the sales team of Clint, Phil and Luis all had a hand in making me a very satisfied customer. I hope this review will have you consider shopping there. Sometimes getting the best price does not translate into the best buying experience. More

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. You can tell when they're lying their lips are moving. I looked at the Dodge truck with a Salesman named Lewis. The truck look good and the price was goo can tell when they're lying their lips are moving. I looked at the Dodge truck with a Salesman named Lewis. The truck look good and the price was good. After walking around the truck and looking at it I bent down and looked under the front bumper and side puddle on the ground it was antifreeze leaking down the front of the motor and off the crossmember onto the pavement. I stood up and informed Lewis and he did not act surprised at all. I think he know it was leaking. The first words out of his mouth when I shook his hand words that my guys go through the vehicle's top to bottom when they come in. That was certainly a lie. He said he would fix the water pump that was bad and if I came back the next day it would be fixed. I came back the next day and they had in fact replace the water pump. He told me they change the oil when they bring them in how they did not see a leaking water pump with the drain plug right next to it for the oil is beyond me. The second day I came back I took the vehicle for a drive and it sounded loud. I crawled underneath the truck again and it had two holes in the muffler I could stick my hand through. I worked in an auto store when I was younger and do my own light mechanical so I have fairly good knowledge of what's good and what's bad. Again I don't know how that mechanic that change the oil couldn't see that the muffler was full of holes. I asked about a warranty on the vehicle 0 warranty not even 30 days. I was still interested in the vehicle and needed to try the four-wheel drive which I put into low range and drove around a parking lot for 10 minutes trying every trick to get it out of 4 wheel back to two. It did come out but obviously there was issues with the four-wheel drive. They tried every trick in the book they get me to buy this truck he brought his manager out and he asked me what it would take to get me to sign the papers today. Thank God I was smart enough to walk away from the deal. I was shocked when I looked at their reviews and saw they had literally over a hundred five star reviews a few 4 star and not a single bad review. I live in Vermont and was down here looking for a good used 4-wheel drive and am a serious buyer I don't know if they were trying to take advantage of me because I was from the north but my guess is they would take advantage of anyone they had an opportunity to. My advice take your business to another Dodge Ram Jeep dealer if that's what you're looking for More

I went on 10/5 to trade in my vehicle. I told them what I wanted and they said they had it at another dealership. They brought it back and it had the wrong interior. I specifically told them I wanted dark in wanted and they said they had it at another dealership. They brought it back and it had the wrong interior. I specifically told them I wanted dark interior. The one they brought back had tan interior. I expressed my feelings and how I did not want the tan interior. They then offered a cleaning for the seats to keep from staining. I advised them that was not the concern, but I just wanted dark interior. I ultimately left with a vehicle I didn’t want. I then emailed the salesman letting him know that I was not happy with my purchase. After a few days, I get a reply saying they would search for the vehicle I want.. but there could be additional charges. I let them know I want it to be a fairly even trade. Weeks have gone by and I haven’t heard back. So now I’m left with a vehicle that is a very nice car, but not what I wanted. I should have said no, but after being there all day and them going to another dealership to get the vehicle, I felt cornered. Point of the story, do not buy a vehicle you don’t want and don’t let anyone try to persuade you. Side note, the salesman who should me vehicles was not the same who sold the vehicle. I’m also not saying it’s a bad dealership, just a bad experience. More
