I went on 10/5 to trade in my vehicle. I told them what I wanted and they said they had it at another dealership. They brought it back and it had the wrong interior. I specifically told them I wanted dark in wanted and they said they had it at another dealership. They brought it back and it had the wrong interior. I specifically told them I wanted dark interior. The one they brought back had tan interior. I expressed my feelings and how I did not want the tan interior. They then offered a cleaning for the seats to keep from staining. I advised them that was not the concern, but I just wanted dark interior. I ultimately left with a vehicle I didn’t want. I then emailed the salesman letting him know that I was not happy with my purchase. After a few days, I get a reply saying they would search for the vehicle I want.. but there could be additional charges. I let them know I want it to be a fairly even trade. Weeks have gone by and I haven’t heard back. So now I’m left with a vehicle that is a very nice car, but not what I wanted. I should have said no, but after being there all day and them going to another dealership to get the vehicle, I felt cornered. Point of the story, do not buy a vehicle you don’t want and don’t let anyone try to persuade you. Side note, the salesman who should me vehicles was not the same who sold the vehicle. I’m also not saying it’s a bad dealership, just a bad experience. More

Service department treated me well I recently purchased a used ram 2500. It was an easy no pressure deal. I then had a few issues after taking it on vacation. My fuel filters were up I recently purchased a used ram 2500. It was an easy no pressure deal. I then had a few issues after taking it on vacation. My fuel filters were up for replacement and my front hubs were making a noise. I took my truck in without an appointment. They replaced my front wheel bearings, fuel filters, and light bulb in the cargo area. No charge for any of the work. They even covered the 100.00 dollar deductable. I was very satisfied with the work. More

Bunch of number juggling clowns I wouldn't buy a bicycle from these people. They did a hard inquiry on my credit before we had even come to a decision on the price then when I asked I wouldn't buy a bicycle from these people. Then lied about it when I confronted them. Juggled numbers in an attempt to confuse and mislead to their advantage. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Went to another dealership in Tampa walked out 2 hours later with a brand new charger. More
