well, went for oil change, end up with need to replace oil pan, but worse part about it was no one really communicated about the time was gonna take... i had to call and ask about it. other issues i ask oil pan, but worse part about it was no one really communicated about the time was gonna take... i had to call and ask about it. other issues i asked to be checked were not addressed/tires presure, battery check. on paperwork was marked not passed brake fluid/ no explanation. why would i need replacement on 2 year old car? lack of communication¡ More

Very impressed and pleased with the extra service Mel and Boucher Nissan provided me. They noticed a part that was becoming a problem during a routine oil change. Mel explained what they were going to Boucher Nissan provided me. They noticed a part that was becoming a problem during a routine oil change. Mel explained what they were going to do. He and his team tracked down a replacement at another location. Mel provided me a ride home and delivered my car about two hours later.... and he offered a tire rotation for my inconvenience. Good service these days is hard to find.... exceptional service like this is a real pleasure. Thanks Mel again for the exceptional service and treatment. I'm telling everyone about my good day at Boucher Nissan. More
