
I began my automotive career in October 1999 as a sales consultant while attending Arizona State University. What started as a part-time job quickly grew into a lifelong passion for the car business. Robert was our salesman and he was amazing, professional, and listened to our needs/wants. The store manager was very professional. He came out to meet us and introduce himself. James was a top notch and went above and beyond to help me purchase a vehicle remotely. The full staff at Courtesy Nissan was great to work with but James outshined them all. He was very energetic and positive which made the care buying experience great. I usually hate buying cars and do not typically like dealing with sales people but I can not say the same for James. He was very responsive and helped me get through the process. I just took delivery of the vehicles and it is exactly how presented.
