James was a top notch and went above and beyond to help me purchase a vehicle remotely. The full staff at Courtesy Nissan was great to work with but James outshined them all. I was nervous about buying a me purchase a vehicle remotely. The full staff at Courtesy Nissan was great to work with but James outshined them all. I was nervous about buying a car without touching it and driving it but James sent me a bunch of super detailed videos highlighting everything perfectly. He was very energetic and positive which made the care buying experience great. I usually hate buying cars and do not typically like dealing with sales people but I can not say the same for James. He was very responsive and helped me get through the process. I just took delivery of the vehicles and it is exactly how presented. If you are shopping from a car from Courtesy Nissan in Mesa ask for James. More
