Luis was amazing, very straightforward and honest about exactly how the purchase would go, and how much we would pay. He, along with the car's great condition, were the reasons we ultimately purchased here exactly how the purchase would go, and how much we would pay. He, along with the car's great condition, were the reasons we ultimately purchased here. Not being able to use outside financing was a negative point however. The car we purchased was exactly what we were looking for and in better condition than other dealerships, so we decided to purchase anyway. Not being able to bring own financing would be the one reason I would be hesitant to purchase again here in the future. I also wanted to mention that I talked a bit with Carlos, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt the staff here was much nicer and more genuine than other dealerships. More

Went in for a simple oil change for my 2023 Kia Sportage, under 7,000 miles. After they held my vehicle overnight, I got a call the next morning about my vehicle being in critical condition (basically eng under 7,000 miles. After they held my vehicle overnight, I got a call the next morning about my vehicle being in critical condition (basically engine failure) after an accident in the shop. Apparently it wasn't covered, even though I did nothing to it on my part? Got my vehicle towed to Tasca Kia in Johnston, they not only fixed my vehicle and gave it the oil change and new filter... They sued Kia of Attleboro for me! I'm now well off and own two separate businesses and own 3 homes. Thank you so much Kia of JOHNSTON. More

The service team fixed the coolant leak a day earlier than quoted. What's more impressive, is that the office staff took the time to handle all the paperwork with the third party insurance!
