The car was left there for 3 recalls oil chg and tires ! The service told me was longer than 5 days !!! Your service dept is a great mess this is my last car I buy there plus not referring my friends either! Pretty good experience I brought my car for two issues: 1-water not coming out to the windshield (clotted) and keys issues (I got two keys when I bought the car: one was wo I brought my car for two issues: 1-water not coming out to the windshield (clotted) and keys issues (I got two keys when I bought the car: one was working just right but the signs were fading making it too difficult to see, and the other was looking good, like never used and working ok except it was not opening the lift gate) The works took three days for what I got a loaner car, I finally picked my car and try the windshield washer, it was working fine, but didn’t try both keys, the cover was replaced in the one that needed it but still one of them is not opening the lift gate, I contacted the service department and will be going again for a second review in that key. It is not big deal but I would like to have it in full function. More
