The car was left there for 3 recalls oil chg and tires ! The service told me was longer than 5 days !!! So the loaner had 1/2 tank since my husband was in hospital I fill the tank 21.00 therefore, within a The service told me was longer than 5 days !!! So they didnt even give me a voucher to fill my car up ! Im an old customer and im upset because Im retired not rich to be filling up two cars Im very mad at williamson look me up see how many cars I have but there also you call and none returns your call or answer emails ! Your service dept is a great mess this is my last car I buy there plus not referring my friends either! Shame on you all bad service there !oh they never called about recalls onstar was who advised me! Juan Santos is the best but I dont like to bother him More

He asked the right questions and delivered 3 options and gave his advise as to which option meets our goals. This was my first Cadillac purchase and can tell you that because of Luis it will not be the last. I was most impressed with his patience and how he gave my wife tour of service department.
