Pretty good experience I brought my car for two issues: 1-water not coming out to the windshield (clotted) and keys issues (I got two keys when I bought the car: one was wo I brought my car for two issues: 1-water not coming out to the windshield (clotted) and keys issues (I got two keys when I bought the car: one was working just right but the signs were fading making it too difficult to see, and the other was looking good, like never used and working ok except it was not opening the lift gate) The works took three days for what I got a loaner car, I finally picked my car and try the windshield washer, it was working fine, but didn’t try both keys, the cover was replaced in the one that needed it but still one of them is not opening the lift gate, I contacted the service department and will be going again for a second review in that key. It is not big deal but I would like to have it in full function. More

Horrible I have taken my Cadillac Escalade 2017 on many times for service and they have not fixed the problem. This car came with a transmisssion issue. Very poor quality of services I made an appointment for my first services it was my first time also there, they indicated that the person on express services will take care she was I made an appointment for my first services it was my first time also there, they indicated that the person on express services will take care she was with two other customer when finally I was able to talk to her said waiting is about two hours After almost two hours if I don’t ask if my car was ready I will be there still About ten people only one for at least the type of services I was there for Super bad experience More
