We went looking for used cars and ended up buying a new one because Luis was patient enough to review the options with us, and even made the calculations to see that there was no significant difference. His friendliness and at the same time respectful behavior made us feel completely comfortable. He then made arrangements to schedule an appointment with the service department for a noise we were hearing and to install the wheel locks, and everything was ready when we arrived. We also own a Lexus and was surprised to find in Luis the same level of professionalism of the luxury version of Toyota. We will recommend him to friends and family. M&M Barrios More

I asked about it and was told that it just appear in paper but does NOT come with the purchase. HOW COME???? More

This dealership is across the river from where I live, but in 40 years of buying new cars, I've never had such a good experience. From my "local" Toyota Dealership (only 3 miles from my home) with my last Highlander purchase, what was promised me was NEVER fully given and I vowed never to go back to that place. I can recommend Koons on the sales side without hesitation. Stay tuned for the review after my first service. The new car owner shop review and meet-and-greet with the mechanics was really a nice touch. Got all my questions answered by qualified mechanics from the basic inquiries to technical questions about transmissions etc. We'll see if actual service is just as great (which I expect it to be!).
