We went looking for used cars and ended up buying a new one because Luis was patient enough to review the options with us, and even made the calculations to see that there was no significant difference. His friendliness and at the same time respectful behavior made us feel completely comfortable. He then made arrangements to schedule an appointment with the service department for a noise we were hearing and to install the wheel locks, and everything was ready when we arrived. We also own a Lexus and was surprised to find in Luis the same level of professionalism of the luxury version of Toyota. We will recommend him to friends and family. M&M Barrios More

Everything was ok until I reviewed the paper works. Detailed explanation of figures should be reflected in "black and white" so as NOT TO CONFUSED THE BUYERS. Also, how come an ITEM that was described on the Buyers Order as should have came with the delivery was not included in my purchase. I asked about it and was told that it just appear in paper but does NOT come with the purchase. HOW COME???? More

We changed the terms of our purchase contract after initially signing it and the sales manager processed the changes in conformity with his verbal commitments ahead of time. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of and coordination within the dealership. This was a very positive experience, and I would recommend this dealership highly. More

Bought a new 2011 Highlander and found that the "selling" experience was outstanding. Louis Castillo was straight forward, direct, and most of all No jerking around. This dealership is across the river from where I live, but in 40 years of buying new cars, I've never had such a good experience. From my "local" Toyota Dealership (only 3 miles from my home) with my last Highlander purchase, what was promised me was NEVER fully given and I vowed never to go back to that place. I can recommend Koons on the sales side without hesitation. Stay tuned for the review after my first service. The new car owner shop review and meet-and-greet with the mechanics was really a nice touch. Got all my questions answered by qualified mechanics from the basic inquiries to technical questions about transmissions etc. We'll see if actual service is just as great (which I expect it to be!).
