Our new vehicle had to be returned to the dealership for an air conditioning repair. Although this should not happen with a brand new vehicle, the Service Department quickly diagnosed the problem and repair an air conditioning repair. Overall we are very happy with our new vehicle and highly recommend this dealership. Luis and Chris were a pleasure to work with and the Service Department staff was courteous and professional. Although we don’t live close to this dealership, we will be returning here for all of our service needs. More

My experience at Kia of Austin dealership was phenomenal! Luis, Jacqueline, Vicky, Behnam, and Hannah were so amazing! I felt so at ease working with them! They took a lot of pressure off of me by taking the Luis, Jacqueline, Vicky, Behnam, and Hannah were so amazing! I felt so at ease working with them! They took a lot of pressure off of me by taking the process one step at a time. I moved to Austin with a 2021 Kia Soul and I left the dealership with a brand new 2026 Kia Seltos! I am so grateful for them working with me and would recommend anyone to either one of them. The communication within the company is so clear and they genuinely want to create and establish a relationship with their clients/customers. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and not pressured. I can’t say that about the many places I have been.
