Hi I would like to connect. I have been trying to locate information on who i can reach out to about my concerns. My brand new car is still at service as of Today. I also dont appreciate how they tried to get over on me because my credit score was low and how Luis Cruiz treated me. I traded my paid off 2019 nissan pathfinder for this Sentra ( sorry i cant remember now if its 2021 or 2023 i have barely had it and been in rentals since the day after i bought it). I walked in with no negative equity and they wanted to roll negative equity over. And just how he treated me. Up until last friday 10/24 (bought the car 9/17) i hadnt had the car for 24 hours. But since i left with the car (i signed for at closing.) They wouldn't work with me. I also asked to have twice within 24 hours to have it inspected because it was sold to me with a bad battery and the car is still not completely fixed. It hesitates to start. I expected more it being a nissan from nissan.

Andrii, Every car in our inventory has an Moroney sticker in the window. Our process is, the window sticker is removed after customers have completed their paperwork, signed title docs, and come out of the business office to take delivery. The window is cleaned to remove the adhesive, and the sticker placed in the glove box with the Owners Manual. Although you may not have noticed it, it was on the car when you test drove it. Additionally, you were asked by the General Manager to return the car for a full refund when he learned you were upset. You refused. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. If you don't feel we did in your case, why didn't you return the vehicle when we asked? We don't mislead customers and have an outstanding rating on every review site. We have gone over every number with you and refunded the service contract that you say you didn't want, but signed for on 3 different documents. Your Sales price WAS $25,000 OTD including Tax, License, and DOC fee. You added the service agreement (which has now been removed) and your figure of $27,895 is your total of payments which includes interest that can only be avoided by paying cash.

1. At the time of the inspection of the car and the test drive (BEFORE ever negotiation about price), there was no the sticker. This is confirmed not only by me but by my wife too. Please, don't lie. 2. An unknown person (whose name or position I did not know) in the presence of the Sales manager offered me to return the car and asked me about mileage. I told him: "1,000 miles", he didn't like it and then he left. There is no photo, name or position of the General Manager on the Scott Clark website and the highest known position on the website is the Sales Manager. I asked him about return the car and refund and he told me that it is too high mileage and he can cancel service contract, return $ 2000 and fee $895. And you called it "You refused". You are kidding :-)
