Buyer Beware, Contract Manipulation! Went to the dealership to purchase a truck and traded in my existing vehicle. After signing and going under contract, I was called 2 days later telli Went to the dealership to purchase a truck and traded in my existing vehicle. After signing and going under contract, I was called 2 days later telling me that I needed to come in and redo a new contract because they gave me $2,000 more than they should have for my trade. WE HAD A SIGNED CONTRACT—- but they threaten to not fund my loan if I didn’t come back and sign a new contract giving me $2k less for my trade! Not an ethical way of doing business! Buyer beware!! More
