Backed out of $20 worth of items they said they would throw in with my new car. Said I should have gotten it in writing. I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t honor the agreement. I bought a 2023 Yukon Denali a week ago from this dealer. The salesperson and his manager were A-OK by me. However, the experience with the financial rep Luis was not good at all. I had asked since I walked into the dealership, that I wanted to finance the truck thru the same credit union I was using for the 2019 Yukon Denali that I traded-in. I had a 3.5% rate with Space Coast Credit Union. My work credit union is offering right now 4.5% with my excellent credit rating for a 72 months new car loan. Yet Luis, the financial clerk, set me up with GM Financial at 10.5% and told me that I could refinance in 4 months with anyone else if I wanted to lower my rate. This is very unprofessional behavior and poor customer service to say the least. I had driven from Miami to Orlando to get the truck, and was in no position, if I wanted to get the truck, to refuse. More
