Great Experience! Highly Recommend We purchased two Cadillacs from Fitzgerald over the years and other vehicles from other Fitzgerald Dealerships over the past 20 years. We have had nothing but excellent service from start to finish. Rod Ritter is a Top Manager and Luis and A.J. were excellent too. Definitely don't need to shop anywhere else. Service has been top notch the few times we have needed it. Kenny, from Service knows what is going on! We drive over 45 minutes just to go to this dealership and for service even though we have a Cadillac dealership 5 minutes from our house. More

I didn't have to endure any of the typical back and forth with managers for price negotiations or hard sell tactics I have experienced at other dealerships. The car I wanted was "in transit" and as soon as the truck pulled into the lot John contacted me for pickup that day. John was knowledgeable and able to explain the many options on the vehicle. Luis also made the financial paperwork quick and easy. Both of these guys were polite and easy going. Thanks! More

I never felt like I was being treated other than with the utmost respect. I have told everyone I know about this dealership and am recommending anyone that needs any kind of vehicle to try Fitzgerald first!!! I had read a review of a gentleman who traveled past several dealers in Prince George's County to go to Fitzgerald in Annapolis. At first I thought that was odd, but now I understand. I would travel to a Fitzgerald dealership first anytime. It is worth the trip!! I have the choice of having my vehicle serviced at a service center closer to my home, but that will not happen!! 5,000 miles from now I will be at Fitgerald in Annapolis!!! More

Greg Seyler was very professional. He took me for a test drive and got down to figuring the price. We didn't go through the usual shenanigans of multiple trips to the General Manager. Even though she wasn't the salesperson on the car, Susan Steiner spent over an hour going over the features of the car with me at the time I picked it up. It was very helpful because of the many features on the car. Luis Linero got the paperwork done quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and suggested the extended warranty, which I purchased. All told, it was a positive experience, which hasn't always been the case when I was buying a new car. More
