This is exactly what I’ve been talking about — promises are made, but never kept. I’ve reached out multiple times, and each time I was told someone would follow up later that day. That call never came. Not once. To make matters worse, I found on their website that they claim to offer a "3-day worry-free exchange" policy. That’s simply not true. We tried to return the very next day after signing the lease, and they refused to honor it. I even tried following up again recently — their team member transferred me to an extension that didn’t exist, and the call automatically disconnected. When I called back, the woman I spoke to said the person I needed was in a business meeting and would get back to me in a few days. She was extremely rude and grumpy, making the whole experience even more frustrating. At this point, it all feels like a PR stunt to appear responsive, when in reality, there’s no genuine effort to resolve anything. I’m tired of being ignored. If nothing changes, I’ll be sharing my experience on every major review platform, including the BBB.

I love my new car however make sure to shop around. Also the way the show the numbers is very misleading as they put "amount financed" rather than cost of the car. I'd absolutely avoid this dealership. More

From Dealership: "Sorry you had a less than stellar experience. I undertand we gace you quite a bit for your trade. Best wishes." First off you lowballed my trade-in. Then you try and justify/not acknowledge the fact that you changed me full MSRP for an out going vehicle. Other dealships have it for 5k less. Just goes to show how y'all treat customers. Everyone be advised.
