The guy that help me when I got there was very nice and friendly the only problem I had was I made a 8am appointment and at 430/5 I had to call for a update only to find out my car had not even been looked friendly the only problem I had was I made a 8am appointment and at 430/5 I had to call for a update only to find out my car had not even been looked at WASNT to happy about that and I was kind of shocked that to reset a sensor was over 150.00 I was told I needed more things done but I’ll be looking into getting them fix somewhere else THANKS.. The price was ok but I asked the salesman was the car serviced meaning was the oil changed and he said yes. I checked it myself and disappointedly the oil was dirty. Craig Servo is an asset to your organization. If it wasn't for him, I would be servicing my vehicle somewhere else because when Ft. Lauderdale Nissas was bought out by Lorenzo, it eliminated the Synchr wasn't for him, I would be servicing my vehicle somewhere else because when Ft. Had an appointment for an oil change and was told when I got there that the wait was at least two and a half hours. Took up my entire day off sitting there then in rush hour traffic.
