Luis Rivera is an awesome asset to Conicelli Toyota! I’ve been a Conicelli customer since the mid 80’s. Luis is far and away the best service rep in all that time. Not to mention extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota cars. He always responds to any voicemail I leave in a prompt timely manner. Luis just has a way about him that makes any frustrating car issue seem easily resolved. He needs a big raise and promotion!! I also want to rave about Steve Klenk, the master mechanic who has worked on all my Toyota cars (about 8-9) for many years. Steve is also the best!! He knows how to fix any issue. I know Conicelli is a very big dealership, but employees like Luis and Steve make it a pleasure to come there for service! More

We have been dealing with Conicelli for our vehicles over the past 15 years. We have to say that Jon Anspach helped us with our new Rav. He was very knowledgeable about the product, understood our needs an the past 15 years. We have to say that Jon Anspach helped us with our new Rav. We went back six months later to purchase a new Corolla and we have to say that he took the time to talk to us and help Our needs. He is very technical and savvy with the products gadgets. He is kind, professional and does not pressure us. He is very good at this job. He certainly should be promoted. We hope he stays at Conicelli for a long time.
