From the moment Luis answered my call, he was attentive, accommodating, friendly, polite, and professional. He found me the exact car I wanted, right down to the roof rack. Luis helped me make an out-of accommodating, friendly, polite, and professional. He found me the exact car I wanted, right down to the roof rack. Luis helped me make an out-of-state purchase, and he made sure it was a seamless and pleasant experience from start to finish. This man even kept an eye out for a customized keychain that I overnighted to him, (for the proud new owner,) and he hand delivered it to her when she picked up the car! Beautiful experience all around. I can't imagine buying a car from anyone else after this. Thanks, Luis! You're the best! More

I had ordered a new vehicle with Luis so many months ago and Luis was great with keeping me informed along the way and up to date with any new info. Not only was he very communicative leading up to the purc and Luis was great with keeping me informed along the way and up to date with any new info. Not only was he very communicative leading up to the purchase, but also made the whole car buying experience day of very quick and easy. I never felt pressured into anything, and was in and out at the dealership in a very reasonable amount of time. He’s easy to talk to, and you can tell he makes sure to put your needs and interests first. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and highly recommended Luis if you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I was messaged and updated by Luis for a little over a year now about new Tacoma’s and prices. I had told Luis I was interested and didn’t know when I would be ready, he was patient with me and very helpf year now about new Tacoma’s and prices. Today I walked in and was able to leave with a brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma with a very good interest rate, fair and reasonable payment and low down payment! These gentlemen were very helpful and patient in the process and never pressured me into making a decision I didn’t want to or wasn’t comfortable with.
