They altered a vehicle that I financed. Yes it's a used car and I respect that BUT I also don't respect the fact that it took basically a lie due to the alter to make "look" good to sell. H Yes it's a used car and I respect that BUT I also don't respect the fact that it took basically a lie due to the alter to make "look" good to sell. Honesty and loyalty to not just your customers but yourself, to be able to sell these cars to folks KNOWING you have even did a minor alter. If it says you get the car AS IS ok then, it should be AS IS in TRUTH before the sell. So I see it as defying the people of the truth. A lie is a lie and I was raised if you lie you steal and folks basically did. Also if you tell even just the "little"lie then how many major lies have you told to make that sale on your board that day. (Commission). I'm just being honest. I take pictures as well cause sadly it shows more and more every time. By doing this and yes I know it's a job but to deceive someone into a monthly payment possibly a loan with a bank or which have you, it isn't correct! Also my dealing with them not even 2 weeks after purchasing the car, the light came on to rotate tires, ok so I got back and I get charged and I need new windshield wipers, that I paid for. Like and honestly don't believe the wipers are even new, due to them jumping across the windshield when turned on 😂. Like yeah but I jumped in the lake with no rubber ducky on. I just have to pray that everything works out with it due to myself being a widow with a 7 yr old little girl, I explained this to the gentleman so I hope he heard that at least If I'm paying then please don't have her and I on the side of the road or me missing work or her schooling or dance and grocery store type automobile I needed only. Nothing altered to make it look nice. Being defiant, is I feel bad business so I apologize. For them. More
