I went in to have my bright lights checked out, because if I put them on bright,, they will go out. There has to be a short in the wiring. they had it for 1 1/2 hours and told me my battery was low. If that were true, the light in my sun visor pulls a lot less voltage than my bright lights and it doesn't go out. I left there pretty upset and went to Auto Xone and Discount Tire and both of them said my battery was good. Needless to say, they never impressed me very much. Not a very good advertisement to buy from a Dealer. More

The service has been awful this visit. It’s never great but this was beyond disappointing. We called Friday around 10:20 to get my daughter’s car checked out. I was told to get the car tow It’s never great but this was beyond disappointing. We called Friday around 10:20 to get my daughter’s car checked out. I was told to get the car towed in since it would not accelerate. I was told the warranty should cover the towing if I use Jenkins towing. The tow truck man (was excellent) wasn’t able to get to the house until later in the afternoon. Since we didn’t hear anything before he got to our house I called the service department. After being transferred multiple times I sat on hold for over an hour with no one answering so I finally hung up. I never heard anything over the weekend so we decided to just show up Monday morning. When we arrived around 10:45 the car was still waiting to be diagnosed. We were told by Tammy that it shouldn’t take too long because “they weren’t very busy.” After waiting all day, my daughter finally got a call that they did something with a code and the car was ready. $217.00 later with no call to tell us what was wrong ahead of time or authorize service. No check into extended warranties. I brought them with me and she refused to look at them. I was told the car “should be fine now. I was even asked by a salesman if the car was messed up he could get us in a Sentra. My response was that I would never buy from Jenkins again based on the service department alone. I would just like someone to check into the extended warranties a little more. Tammy told me she didn’t have access to them since the car was not bought there. She said I’d have to get the paperwork and bring it so she could check. But when I got there she dismissed me and said it wasn’t covered. How would she know if she couldn’t check them in her computer? Anyways, we have three extended warranties and it seems like one of them would cover it. I don’t normally complain but the way this was all handled and the rude dismissive employee I just wanted you to know. More

When I had to bring my Armada back Tammy did not explain anything thing to me about what was going on with my vehicle. I had to bring it back to Jenkins Nissan because I heard metal rubbing together when I anything thing to me about what was going on with my vehicle. I had to bring it back to Jenkins Nissan because I heard metal rubbing together when I tried to stop my vehicle. Apparently the DISC BRAKE pad shim was dragging on the rotor. I just had a complete brake job done five days prior by Jenkins Nissan. I just wanted to know what was going on. More

That dealership has changed this has been my three time with this woman 1) very rude 2)fair 3) I waited two hours (said not busy cause I was early)I had an oil change only, she brought up two other custome with this woman 1) very rude 2)fair 3) I waited two hours (said not busy cause I was early)I had an oil change only, she brought up two other customers papers same time as mine; did I have to wait that long on purpose so she could make one trip??? For other customers also. I had to walk almost to end of building and I requested her to park in handicap, not so sure I'll be back it don't matter to her and I know it she makes one feel that way More
